Cabernet Sauvignon

The Brady Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is big and bold, featuring deep crimson color and aromas reminiscent of blackberry, black currant and cassis with subtle notes of roasted vanilla and spice. On tasting, it shows opulent silky texture and juicy berry and bramble flavors that echo the aromas with just a hint of velvety oak lengthening the finish.

Malbec

Intense and full purple red. In the nose we can appreciate red fruits, such as blackberry and plum embraced by soft vanilla notes. It opens up in the middle of the palate with elegant red fruit, balanced and integrated tannins in perfect harmony with the acidity and alcohol.

Chardonnay

On the sight, we find a bright wine with green hues. On the nose, it is clean with clear citrus and flowery notes. Once in the mouth, it is balanced, silky and fresh with mineral touches. Its finish is unctuous. Its ideal pairing would be green salads, grilled fish, creamy cheeses, seafood rice, pasta with pesto sauce and savory pies among others.

Malbec

Blend of varietal origins, combines grapes from 1940 in Valle de Uco, La Consulta, others from 1928 in Lujan de Cuyo and a small part from Medrano from a 1948 vineyard.  Its origins and the 10 month rest in barrels help obtain a wine with good body, elegance and balance.
