Cedar Brook Chardonnay is a light straw-color wine that has fresh fruit with hints of vanilla, butterscotch, and melon in the aroma. On the palate, a melody of apple, vanilla, and citrus fruit ends with a smooth crisp finish.
A light yellow-colored wine, Cedar Brook Sauvignon Blanc presents varietal characteristics with grapefruit, tropical fruit and apple in the aroma. Hints of tropical fruit follow into the palate where the wine ends with a crisp finish.
Intense and full purple red. In the nose we can appreciate red fruits, such as blackberry and plum embraced by soft vanilla notes. It opens up in the middle of the palate with elegant red fruit, balanced and integrated tannins in perfect harmony with the acidity and alcohol.
A young, fruity Malbec of attractive red color, vivacious and with ruby glints. Red and black fruit, such as plum and blackberry, and species in the complex background make this varietal alive, and velvety with tons of fruit on the palate.
On the sight, we find a bright wine with green hues. On the nose, it is clean with clear citrus and flowery notes. Once in the mouth, it is balanced, silky and fresh with mineral touches. Blend of varietal origins, combines grapes from 1940 in Valle de Uco, La Consulta, others from 1928 in Lujan de Cuyo and a small part from Medrano from a 1948 vineyard. Its origins and the 10 month rest in barrels help obtain a wine with good body, elegance and balance.
