A beautiful golden-hay color is the first thing you see in the glass. Enticing aromas of Asian pear, ripe apricot and a creamy richness lead to a racy palate that has an oily texture with crisp apple, toasted vanilla bean and subtle floral blossom flavors. The mouth feel is rich and round with its beautifully balanced finish. Our Chardonnay hits its stride after 6–8 months in the bottle and will age for 5–7 years.
